Engelmann Kick-Off 2026: Together into the new fiscal year

On April 24, 2026, Engelmann employees met at Heidelberg Castle for this year’s kick-off.

The historic castle walls and a cloudless blue sky created a pleasant setting for the joint review of the past financial year. Important tasks for the coming months were also presented. In the official part, the individual departments presented their current developments, projects and goals. The presentations highlighted Engelmann’s priorities: new products, digitalization, further growth and closer cross-departmental cooperation. After the official program, the event continued in Heidelberg’s old town. At the After Kick-Off in the Kulturbrauerei, many took the opportunity for personal discussions and a relaxed get-together to round off the day.
