The Spanish company Grupo Monedero on its collaboration with Engelmann
We spoke with Antonio Martín from the Spanish company Grupo Monedero and discussed the collaboration with Engelmann in general and what makes Engelmann recycling so special to him. The result was this interview:
Hello, I’m Antonio Martín. I’m the managing director of Grupo Monedero in Spain, and our company deals with heat cost allocators and water meters in residential buildings that have shared main connections. We install water meters and heat meters to measure the individual consumption of each apartment. All projects are very interesting to us, and every installation must function very well. It is not enough for us if only the large projects work well. All of them must be good, and that is why we look for suppliers who guarantee high-quality products to ensure this good service. We have been working with Engelmann for over 20 years. At first, Engelmann was just another supplier, but over time we have built a closer relationship. What I like about Engelmann, apart from the quality of their products, is how easy it is to work with them. It’s always easy to find someone to talk to in order to solve problems. And they also have really good delivery times. I think Engelmann’s recycling program is a great idea, because our activity, our business, is long-term. It’s not just about selling a product and then it’s over, but about a service that has to last for many years. And replacing the measuring devices every ten or twelve years used to always involve waste. And it’s very interesting to get involved in a business model that doesn’t generate any waste. I find it very, very interesting because it means that waste is recycled, the service is excellent, and it also makes economic sense.
