The Lithuanian company Sistemų servisas on its collaboration with Engelmann

We visited Liudvikas Dirse from the company Sistemų servisas and talked to him about working with Engelmann. The result was this short interview, in which he talks about what Engelmann means to him, how the collaboration works, and what ultimately makes Engelmann special.

We are Sistemų servisas, a company specializing in heat and water meters, their installation, replacement, maintenance and remote data reading. We have been working with Engelmann Sensor for about five years. We like their products, we have tried out heat meters as well as water meters and heat cost allocators. We use these products both in new buildings and when replacing older devices in buildings that are 15 to 20 years old, while we often use heat cost allocators in renovated buildings. These are the most popular products in our country. Of course, there are many good experiences, but that’s down to the whole team, because we know what we’re doing, how we’re doing it and which products to use and when. As a result, practically all projects are very successful. And both we and our customers are happy about that. What do we like most about Engelmann? First of all: the attitude towards the customer. Very good delivery times. I would also like to emphasize the really high product quality. Every year I am surprised by the technological progress that you integrate into your products.
