The Engelmann Kick-Off 2025

On 16.05.2025, shortly after the start of the financial year, Engelmann held its annual kick-off meeting. This time it took place at Gutshof Ladenburg and was accompanied not only by bright sunshine, but also by lots of exciting information from all departments. Every year at the kick-off meeting, all employees learn about the previous year’s target achievement and the plans for the current year. Pure transparency, you might say. This year was no exception. After almost 2.5 hours of presentations about the innovative WaterStar the established SensoStar and our newest stars, a get-together was the order of the day. This was accompanied by magician Alex Hermann who enchanted the individual tables and groups with card tricks and the like. The evening ended with excellent food, a DJ, party and good conversation. Once again, #ThatsWhyEngelmann was right.
