Engelmann opens sales office in Italy

The anniversary year started with a big bang. On January 23, 2026, the time had come and we officially opened our Engelmann sales office in Saronno (Milan), Italy: Engelmann Sensor Italia. The grand opening took place in the middle of our anniversary year. At 12 noon sharp, Engelmann Managing Director Michael Keuthen cut the obligatory opening ribbon together with our Italian colleagues Dimitri Tasinato, Angelo Caremi and Daniele Martini, our Head of Sales International José Calvo and Benedikt Heid, CSO at Engelmann. The 40 invited guests and representatives of the regional press visibly enjoyed the event.

In addition to the actual opening ceremony, they were also informed about Engelmann’s diverse Submetering product range, which includes measurement technology that is essential for the Italian market: First and foremost the new Unifix; a Heat Cost Allocator which, uniquely in the industry, fits on countless heat conducting plates. This is essential for metering services, as the Unifix makes their work much easier, saving time and ultimately nerves. But enough of the many words: We are delighted about our official new location in Italy. We are looking forward to being able to supply the Italian measuring services sector with high-quality Engelmann products even better, even faster and even more easily from now on. We are pleased to be able to bring innovations in Submetering to Italy more easily.
