Engelmann becomes exclusive partner for Deumess e. V.

We are strengthening our commitment to metering service providers: Since January 1, 2026, Engelmann has been exclusive partner of Deumess e. V., the association with the largest number of members for digital metering and energy services in Germany. This brings us even closer to the companies that are actually implementing the energy transition: by installing water meters and heat meters, heat cost allocators or gateways or by creating the utility bill.

Who is Deumess e. V.?

Deumess e. V. is the network and interest group for, among others, often owner-managed, medium-sized and regionally operating metering services. The member companies record and process consumption data for heat or water, for example, in millions of homes throughout Germany. In this way, they make energy consumption transparent, help people save energy and contribute to the energy transition. In addition to the traditional representation of interests, Deumess e. V. offers a wide range of training activities. Deumess e. V. is not only the mouthpiece of the industry, but also a platform for quality assurance, further training and innovation in submetering.
