Technical competency
Nearly 100 percent of the products that leave our plant in Wiesloch are free from defects. The rate of error is significantly below one-tenth of a percent.
The continuously accompanying statistical quality control ensures that deviations from the strict in-house standards are recognized immediately, so that no defective parts are produced.
This is guaranteed by
- reliable design,
- in-house production of the main components: flow sensor, temperature sensors and calculator,
- secure, monitored production processes, and
- 100% testing of the finished products.
Testing and verification
In our nationally certified laboratory for thermal energy and water all three components, as well as the finished products, are tested and verified according to the strict German verification standards.
Our products consist of as few parts as possible and are easy to assemble without chance of a mix-up. This is a result of thorough design work. A particular advantage of our meters is that they deliver precise measurements regardless of their mounting position.
In addition to being high-quality and reliable, our heat and water meters are also very economical. Now we have the new certification of ISO 9001-2008 up to August 3th 2014.
